About the Role

What You’ll Do
Assist Customers: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Problem-Solve: Identify customer issues and provide effective resolutions or escalate to the appropriate team when needed.
Stay Informed: Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Build Relationships: Create positive interactions with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Document Interactions: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
Collaborate: Work closely with team members and other departments to improve customer support processes and ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding service.
Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Bilingual candidates (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly valued.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and other customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Reliable & Professional: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not required.

Minimum download speed: 50 Mbps.
Minimum upload speed: 10 Mbps.
Consistent connectivity without frequent drops.
A noise-canceling headset for clear communication during calls.
