About the Role
Do you have a passion for fostering growth and ensuring top-quality performance? We’re looking for a Training and Development & Quality Assurance Manager to lead initiatives that empower our team and uphold our commitment to excellence. In this role, you’ll design impactful training programs, evaluate performance metrics, and implement strategies to continually improve service delivery.
What You’ll Do
Design Training Programs: Develop and deliver engaging training materials to equip employees with the skills they need to excel.
Onboard New Hires: Lead onboarding sessions to familiarize new team members with product trainings, tools, and workflows.
Monitor Quality: Evaluate service quality across projects, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with standards.
Conduct Assessments: Create and administer performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.
Facilitate Continuous Learning: Organize workshops, webinars, and refresher courses to keep skills sharp and knowledge up-to-date.
Analyze Metrics: Use data to track training effectiveness and quality assurance outcomes, reporting insights to leadership.
Collaborate: Work closely with department leads to align training and QA initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Training Expertise: Proven experience in creating and delivering effective training programs.
QA Skills: Strong background in quality assurance with a focus on continuous improvement.
Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving performance excellence.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with training tools, learning management systems (LMS), and QA software.
Analytical Thinker: Skilled in analyzing data to drive decision-making and measure success.
Excellent Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within customer service, sales, or operations management is preferred.

Consistent connectivity without frequent drops.
